When someone calls UROSPOT, they’re often sharing something they’ve never told anyone: bladder leaks, urgency, waking up five times a night. As our Client Care Administrator, you’re the first face and voice of our clinic. You make them feel heard, and you help them take the next step toward getting their life back.

UROSPOT Mississauga is a private pelvic health clinic using non-invasive, Health Canada–approved technology to treat incontinence. Clients stay fully clothed while the technology does the work. You’ll become a subject matter expert on how it works, so when people call to learn more, your confidence and belief in the results will be contagious.

This isn’t a traditional receptionist role. A big part of your day is turning inquiries into booked consultations and following up with people who are still deciding.

What you’ll do

Answer calls, emails and web inquiries, and book prospective clients into a free consultation

Follow up with people who haven’t booked yet, kindly and persistently

Welcome clients in person and make them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive





Manage the daily schedule, confirm appointments and process payments in Jane

Keep the clinic organized, stocked and running smoothly

Work closely with our clinical team so every client has a seamless experience

You’ll do well here if you

Have experience in a client-facing role, such as a clinic front desk, spa, hospitality, retail or customer service

Are confident on the phone and can guide a hesitant caller to a clear next step without being pushy

Can talk about sensitive health topics calmly and without awkwardness

Live by our core value, “love is in the details,” and notice the small things that make a client’s day

Are highly organized and enjoy following up

Are comfortable learning booking and payment software (Jane experience is a bonus)

What we offer

$22–$25 per hour

15–24 hours per week, weekday daytime shifts (no evenings or weekends)
