Key Responsibilities: Represent Westland professionally across client interactions
Build lasting relationships throughout the customer journey
Provide renewal, claims, and follow-up support
Deliver tailored recommendations across personal lines
Contribute to sales, cross-selling, and up-selling
Requirements: At least two years of insurance industry experience
Level 2 License with CAIB or CIP progress
Ability to deliver exceptional service and retain business
Solid organization while managing competing priorities
Effective communicator with solutions-focused judgment
