Drive customer growth with Cintas as a Route Service Representative, combining route sales, customer service, and physical delivery work. This full-time position primarily follows a four-day schedule.
In Cintas’ Rental Division, you will manage and grow existing customer accounts along an established route. You will deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and facility service products. The role emphasizes rapport with decision makers, quality standards, and proactive customer support. Comprehensive ten-week training is provided.
Key Responsibilities: Drive established routes and service existing customer accounts
Deliver and collect uniforms, towels, and cleaning products
Build rapport with customer decision makers
Upsell and cross-sell products and services
Renew service agreements and control inventory safely
Requirements: Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license
Meet provincial regulated-vehicle driving requirements above 10,000 pounds
Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
Solid customer service orientation and self-motivation
Use route driving, account growth, and customer service skills to represent Cintas and develop existing Rental Division accounts.
