Our Lady of Fatima School seeks a compassionate School Counsellor for students from Kindergarten through Grade 7. This one-day-per-week role provides individual and small-group counselling while addressing social, emotional, behavioural, and interpersonal challenges. The position supports student well-being through collaboration with families, teachers, and school administration.
Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and small-group counselling for elementary students

Maintain confidential skilled documentation and identify student needs
Requirements: Relevant degree and appropriate counselling qualifications
Experience working with elementary-aged children in schools
Knowledge of child development and social-emotional learning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to safety, confidentiality, ethics, and collaboration
