Key Responsibilities: Maintain buildings, equipment, sports fields, and facility grounds
Perform ice making and ice maintenance operations
Operate vehicles, tractors, loaders, resurfacers, and power tools
Provide qualified service to facility users and community members
Maintain accurate daily and weekly maintenance records
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required
Previous building, pool, or arena experience
Valid Class 5 driver's license required
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
