Operate a rear loader safely while collecting residential waste in North Bay, Ontario, with Miller Waste Systems. Provide reliable service to local residents.
As a permanent full time DZ Driver/Picker, you will collect yard waste, recycling, and garbage for residential communities. You will follow collection schedules, transport materials to transfer stations, compost facilities, or landfill sites, and comply with company, MTO, environmental, and municipal requirements. The schedule starts at 6:30am Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, weekends, and statutory holidays.
Key Responsibilities: Collect residential yard waste, recycling, and garbage
Operate rear loader trucks safely during collection routes
Deliver waste streams to appropriate local facilities




Return emptied receptacles to residents’ properties
Lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
Requirements: Valid DZ Driver’s Licence
Clean driver’s abstract with no recent preventable accidents
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexibility for varying schedules and weekend work
