As Business Analyst III, you will work with business and technology teams to identify gaps, impacts, opportunities, and solutions. The position involves project management, change management, process design, and customer journey design. You will report to the Manager, Business Analysis and Governance.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and document current-state and future-state process gaps
Gather business requirements and align proposed technology solutions
Manage project scope, schedules, priorities, issues, and risks
Facilitate collaboration between product, platform, business,



and technical teams
Track change requests, requirements, documentation, sizing, and prioritization
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum four years in business analysis or relevant roles
Experience with project and change management
Solid written, verbal, negotiation, and mediation skills
Ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders
Apply business analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder alignment expertise to complex Moneris projects in Toronto.
