This Pharmacy Assistant role supports Cencora’s patient and provider support and pharmaceutical commercialization services. You will work across benefit verification, prior authorization support, clinical review coordination, and pharmacy fulfillment activities. The position requires accurate documentation and communication with pharmacists, technicians, payers, and service teams.
Key Responsibilities: Support prescription intake, benefit verification, and claims follow-up workflows
Coordinate documentation and daily prior authorization handoffs
Review orders, refills, shipments, and inventory information
Track backorders,



substitutions, replenishment, and product availability issues
Document workflow activity and issue resolution accurately
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Two or more years in pharmacy support or related operations
Experience with healthcare operations, claims, access, or fulfillment support
Pharmacy technician certification preferred
Ability to maintain privacy, safety, and audit standards
