As a Senior Specialist, you will advise PM&A; departments on procedures, technical systems, and regulatory obligations. You will facilitate training, manage knowledge resources, resolve complex inquiries, and support operational consistency across IG Wealth Management. The position collaborates with business partners and senior leadership nationally.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate department-wide training programs for PM&A; teams
Resolve complex inquiries, escalations, and operational challenges
Maintain accurate PM&A; content on SIERRA and Adv+
Represent PM&A; in cross-functional initiatives and projects
Oversee reports and specialty processes requiring elevated scrutiny
Requirements: Four to seven years in client service or business operations
Experience across multiple platforms, product lines, and systems
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills
Relevant post-secondary business degree or diploma
