As a Sales Coordinator, you will support an experienced financial services sales team. You will engage Investment Advisors, promote investment products, generate business opportunities, and coordinate appointments. The position suits candidates developing sales, business development, and professional relationship skills in the investment industry.
Key Responsibilities: Call existing and prospective Investment Advisors across Western Canada
Promote investment products and identify business opportunities
Build professional relationships through consistent follow-up




Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Representatives
Maintain advisor interactions and sales activities in CRM
Requirements: College diploma or undergraduate degree in any discipline
Sales, customer service, relationship management, or financial services experience preferred
Comfort making frequent outbound calls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Develop investment sales, advisor relationship, appointment coordination, and CRM skills while supporting business development from Vancouver.
