AgeCare seeks a Personal Support Worker to assist residents according to established care plans. You will observe residents, report findings, document care information, and support bedside care. The work also includes following infection prevention and control requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Provide care according to established resident care plans
Observe residents and report findings to supervisors
Document information related to resident care
Attend education sessions, meetings, and workshops
Follow infection prevention and control policies
Requirements: Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma graduation
Meet Ministry of Training vocational standards
Meet National Association of Career Colleges standards
Understand easy treatments and bedside care techniques
Know sanitation, cleaning, and geriatric resident needs
Bring resident care, documentation, bedside support, and infection control knowledge to AgeCare’s Personal Support Worker team.
