Key Responsibilities: Implement operational procedures safely under Standard Operating Procedures
Identify, correct, and report non-conformances
Lead team development, training, monitoring, and coaching
Liaise with Maintenance, Logistics, and Quality Assurance




Ensure Health & Safety guidelines are followed
Requirements: Degree or diploma in Operations Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
Minimum two years’ supervisory experience in food manufacturing
Experience implementing policies and procedures
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislative requirements
Ability to work shift rotation
