Bring Redken’s technical artistry to salons across British Columbia through hair colouring education, styling workshops, and digital webinars. Travel regularly while reporting to the Education Director.
As an Education Expert in L'Oréal’s Skilled Products Division, you will develop stylists’ technical capabilities through interactive learning. You will partner with Business Partners, support salon growth, and represent Redken across academies and schools. The work combines salon credibility, facilitation, commercial collaboration, and digital reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver in-salon workshops, academy seminars, and digital webinars
Develop stylists’ hair colouring and styling capabilities
Visit salon accounts with commercial Business Partners
Host demonstrations, livestreams,



and product launch events
Report education impact, attendance, and return on investment
Requirements: Technical foundation in hair colouring and styling
Experience leading interactive workshops and virtual sessions
Ability to identify salon growth opportunities with sales teams
Familiarity with virtual platforms and Quickbase reporting tools
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across British Columbia
Use hair artistry, facilitation, and commercial partnership skills to expand Redken education across British Columbia’s professional salons.
