Drive eCommerce fulfillment performance at Pet Valu through data analysis, KPI reporting, and 3PL oversight. Work full time and permanently in a hybrid Markham position.
The eCommerce Last Mile Specialist supports Pet Valu's fulfillment operations and reports to the Senior Manager, Final Mile. This position develops performance reporting, audits third-party logistics metrics, and supports service level commitments. It also addresses delivery quality concerns while identifying cost and process improvements across the last mile network.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare weekly stakeholder reporting and support ad-hoc analysis
Audit 3PL metrics and support KPI reports
Participate in provider business reviews and performance discussions
Identify cost opportunities across the eCommerce last mile network
Lead continuous improvement initiatives within 3PL operations
Requirements: Minimum two years of supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Data analysis and KPI reporting experience preferred
WMS experience preferred
Network modelling experience preferred
Use fulfillment reporting, KPI development, and cost analysis skills to strengthen Pet Valu's eCommerce logistics performance.
