Coordinate commercial facilities maintenance for Cornerstone Co-op, using troubleshooting, contractor coordination, and building systems knowledge. Respond to after-hours needs when required.
Support the Facilities Manager with daily maintenance and operations across Cornerstone Co-op facilities. This position covers HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems. You will coordinate preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, improvement projects, vendors, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, and improvement projects
Manage contractors, quotes, materials, contracts, and work quality
Process and code work orders and invoices in Limble CMMS
Coordinate vehicle repairs, inspections, and seasonal preparations




Support event setup, takedown, and after-hours maintenance response
Requirements: Three to five years of hands-on general maintenance experience
Knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, heating, and building systems
Valid Class 5 driver's license and satisfactory five-year abstract
Ability to complete a pre-employment substance test
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 pounds
Bring practical troubleshooting, facilities coordination, and safety awareness to Cornerstone Co-op maintenance operations across its locations.
