As a Real Estate Advisory Analyst, you will support valuation work across all property types. Your development includes studying property attributes, market rents, expense trends, leases, and tenant recovery structures. You will also contribute to appraisal preparation and review, financial due diligence, and investment management services.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct subject property and submarket analysis
Determine market rent and reasonable valuation assumptions
Prepare ARGUS Enterprise cash flow models
Compile appraisal reports using valuation approaches
Compare appraisal metrics with benchmark data and regulations
Requirements: University or college degree in a related discipline
Commercial real estate experience or internship preferred
Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables
Business writing exposure
Ability to communicate proactively when seeking assistance
Use property research, valuation analysis, and cash flow modeling to support commercial real estate advisory assignments.
