You will support contractors, distributors, designers, and retail clients with product expertise, order accuracy, and customer communication. The position connects showroom service with warehouse and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Assist showroom and order desk customers with technical guidance
Process phone, email, and in-person orders accurately
Coordinate deliveries and resolve shipping issues with warehouse teams
Maintain organized orders, quotes, and communication records




Promote products and maintain showroom displays and samples
Requirements: One to three years of inside sales or customer service experience
High school diploma required; related post-secondary courses preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills
ERP or order entry experience is an asset
Ability to lift twenty-five pounds and work Sundays
