Use Housing First expertise and market knowledge as SLCS’s Full-Time Housing Finder with the HART Hub in London. Build relationships and connect participants with secure housing.
This client-centered position supports people experiencing or at risk of homelessness and facing addiction or mental health challenges. You will determine needs, conduct housing searches, and build landlord relationships. The work requires trauma-informed practice, crucial conversations, collaboration, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities: Build initial relationships with HART Hub participants
Conduct housing searches and create housing stock portfolios
Maintain landlord relationships and advocate during initial viewings
Assess units for bylaws, building codes, cleaning, and repairs




Prepare ongoing statistical data and identify housing trends
Requirements: Post-secondary education or relevant social services experience
Excellent Residential Tenancy Act and Housing First knowledge
Knowledge of London’s housing market
Intermediate or Standard First Aid and CPR with AED Level C
Valid G Class licence and reliable vehicle access
Bring Housing First, communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills to help HART Hub participants access permanent housing in London.
