This position supports research, leadership development, and quality improvement initiatives within Fraser Health. You will assist with literature reviews, applications, proposals, presentations, publications, and project summaries. The work combines research data management, participant engagement, administrative coordination, and evidence-informed reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct literature reviews and assist with project applications
Collect, manage, analyze, and report research data
Recruit participants and obtain informed consent
Coordinate meetings, events, agendas, minutes,



and follow-up actions
Monitor budgets, track expenses, and support project workflows
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline
One year of recent related clinical research experience
Knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, and statistical research methods
Understanding of research ethics, confidentiality, and privacy
Experience with MS Office, Excel, Access, and SPSS
Apply healthcare research, data analysis, and coordination skills while supporting Fraser Health initiatives across patient and provider experiences.
