Key Responsibilities: Drive the unit’s financial success and operational performance
Lead food preparation, planning, budgeting, and costing
Recruit, hire, schedule, and complete administrative duties
Maintain inventory levels and strengthen client satisfaction
Conduct inspections and manage WHMIS staff training
Requirements: At least two years of related food service management experience
ProServe, Food Secure, or Basic First Aid training
Ability to control food and labour costs
