Altima Hess Dental seeks a passionate, hard-working Certified Dental Assistant for its Hamilton practice. The successful candidate equips the Dentist, prepares treatment rooms and instruments, and supports patient-focused care. Communication with patients and families is key, while Dentrix experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding treatment assistance for the Dentist
Prepare treatment rooms before patient arrival
Prepare dental equipment and instruments for treatments
Communicate effectively with patients and families




Support patient-focused care at the practice
Requirements: Complete Certified or Registered Dental Assisting Level II
Register or begin registering with Ontario Dental Assistant Association
New graduates are welcome to apply
Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix
Availability for 40 hours weekly across five days
