Exchange Technology Services seeks an analyst reporting to the NOC Manager within its Network Operations Centre. This first point of contact responds to alerts, investigates incidents, performs diagnostics, and escalates unresolved issues. The work covers WAN, LAN, wireless, VPN, internet connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to system-generated alerts from monitoring platforms
Identify issues before service-affecting incidents occur
Monitor WAN, LAN, wireless, VPN, and internet services
Verify routers, switches, firewalls,



and wireless controllers
Escalate critical issues under established procedures
Requirements: One to two years in IT support, MSP, network administration, or NOC
Experience with LogicMonitor
Basic TCP/IP networking and routing fundamentals
Understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network security
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and prioritization skills
Bring alert validation, network operations, and escalation skills to Exchange Technology Services' customer-focused NOC team.
