Help manufacture Baxter IV solutions in Alliston through filling, visual inspection, and sterilizer-tray loading. Work permanent full-time days, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 to 15:00 EST.
This Filling Operator position supports Baxter’s mission to save and sustain lives through high-quality production. On a rotating basis, you will fill IV bags, verify volumes, inspect quality characteristics, seal protective over-wrap, and position assemblies for sterilization. Manufacturing or food-industry experience is relevant.
Key Responsibilities: Perform visual inspections of filled IV bag assemblies
Position bags in protective over-wrap specifications
Load over-wrapped bags into sealing machines
Complete quality checks throughout each process step
Maintain clean, protected areas using 6S principles
Requirements: Completed high school diploma or GED
Food or manufacturing industry experience
Assembly-line experience preferred
Positive attitude and teamwork ability
Quality assurance focus and attention to detail
