This Field Service Technician II position maintains rental and customer-owned equipment in safe, professional conditions. You will complete repairs, manage work orders, assist with equipment delivery, and provide exceptional customer service. Training lower-level technicians may also be required.
Key Responsibilities: Travel to customer sites for equipment maintenance
Perform safe repairs across complex equipment systems
Complete electronic work orders every day
Provide exceptional service to United Rentals customers
Assist with equipment and parts pickup
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent qualification
One to two years equipment repair experience
Trade school graduation may satisfy experience requirements
Robust engine knowledge and mechanical background
Verbal, written, teamwork, and customer service skills
Bring field repair capability, strong communication, and equipment knowledge to United Rentals as a Field Service Technician II.
