Support seniors overnight at Midland Gardens Community in Scarborough as a Personal Support Worker providing compassionate daily care. This permanent part-time position is on-site.
As a Personal Support Worker on Sienna Senior Living’s Long Term Care team, you will understand residents’ experiences and support their well-being. Provide assistance with daily living, resident care, communication, and connections. Your work helps residents live fully while respecting dignity, comfort, and individual care plans.
Key Responsibilities: Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming activities
Encourage use of glasses, hearing aids, and sensory aids
Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, oral, and dental support
Maintain access to canes, walkers,



and call bells
Encourage participation in individual and group programs
Requirements: Completed approved Personal Support Worker program
Compassion for supporting seniors meaningfully
Proficiency in straightforward treatment procedures and bedside care
Tact and diplomacy with seniors, families, and visitors
Successful Vulnerable Sector Check and Canadian work eligibility
Bring compassionate resident care, bedside support, and respectful communication to Sienna’s overnight team in Scarborough.
