As an Associate Specialist – Quotations, you will help develop proposals, bids, quotations, and documents describing Wesco products and services. This entry-level role supports project identification, material take-offs, pricing coordination, and final quotation submissions. You will work with sales representatives, suppliers, customers, and factory representatives.
Key Responsibilities: Identify potential projects for bid and compile material requirements
Prepare material take-offs for customer quotations
Coordinate information for final quotation submissions
Follow up on open quotations with sales teams and customers
Maintain catalogs, price lists, and project records
Requirements: High school degree or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Zero to two years of related experience
Strong math, analytical, communication, and organization skills
