You will track investigations, identify dishonest activity, and communicate with law enforcement or legal professionals. The role also supports policy training and loss reduction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate internal theft and policy violation incidents
Manage external theft cases and safely apprehend subjects
Track investigations within the case management system
Interface with law enforcement and legal professionals




Report loss reduction progress to management partners
Requirements: Two or more years’ multi-unit loss prevention experience
Provincial license and federal, provincial, and local law knowledge
Demonstrated internal investigation and exception reporting experience
Solid written, verbal, customer service, and communication skills
Effective problem-solving, time management, and detail orientation
