Your main responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct, and control care programs effectively, according to the Centre's vision.
Ensure that nursing staff work effectively, according to objectives and Cultural security for the Innu people.
Ensure that staff promote prevention within the community.
Define policies, procedures, and activities to meet the needs of the Innu community.




Develop and implement the training, orientation, onboarding, and integration plan for new nursing staff.
Facilitate the onboarding, integration, and orientation of new employees and team members by providing all necessary administrative support.

Desired Profile:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Mandatory expanded role
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office suite).
Good organizational and work structure.
Knowledge of the operation of a community center is an asset.
