This remote-site position combines scratch cooking with kitchen supervision and service flexibility. You will prepare lunches, supper, box lunches, dinners, and snacks, including meals for early or late-arriving teams. You will also schedule daily activities, guide staff, maintain inventory records, and order supplies. The schedule follows a 21/7 rotation, with hours varying based on meal service. The position lists Red Seal Certification and pays $24.00 per hour. A strong safety culture, customer service, and communication are significant for this camp assignment.
Key Responsibilities: Cook meals from scratch rather than using frozen preparations




Prepare crew lunches, supper, dinners, box lunches, and snacks
Adjust meal service for early or late arrivals
Schedule and assign daily kitchen work
Supervise and train kitchen staff and housekeepers
Requirements: Red Seal Certification
Previous experience cooking in camps
Food safety or food handling certification
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
Readiness to live and work remotely
