As a Junior Building Operator, you will support Senior Building Operators across a large active industrial building. Your duties include industrial cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, facility maintenance, and preventive maintenance programs. You will respond to service events, emergencies, and urgent rectification events while completing accurate work orders and reports.
Key Responsibilities: Operate industrial floor scrubbers in industrial areas
Use Skid Steer equipment for materials and snow removal
Support HVAC filter changes, cleaning, monitoring, and minor repairs
Perform building, grounds,



equipment, and housekeeping checks
Complete work orders and reporting documentation accurately
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Landscaping, facility maintenance, or construction experience preferred
General mechanical knowledge considered an asset
English verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights
Apply mechanical knowledge, equipment operation, and protected maintenance practices while supporting Johnson Controls industrial building operations.
