As a Personal Support Worker, you will deliver care according to established care plans and assignment sheets. Your work includes personal care, client observation, documentation, infection prevention, and confidentiality. Bayshore HealthCare supports clients across Grand Bend, Forest, Thedford, Kettle Point, Arkona, Port Franks, and Lambton Shores.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care according to established client care plans
Assist with bathing, feeding, positioning, and basic wound care
Observe and document client conditions accurately
Report unusual events or client condition changes




Implement infection prevention and health safety practices
Requirements: Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent evidence
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
Two supervisory references and transparent vulnerable sector screening
Proof of negative tuberculosis testing
Bring personal care, communication, documentation, and safety skills to clients served by Bayshore HealthCare in surrounding communities.
