TJX Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to coordinate retail operations at its WINNERS location. You will help deliver sales, expense, and customer service targets while overseeing merchandising, shipping, receiving, scheduling, markdowns, and frontline activity. The position also involves talent development and project implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Implement strategies supporting sales and customer service targets
Oversee scheduling, shipping, receiving, and markdown activities
Minimize shrink and damages through operational programs




Communicate store changes and action plans effectively
Provide succession planning input for future needs
Requirements: At least two years of retail leadership experience
Assistant Manager or Store Manager experience
Solid organizational and communication abilities
Effective feedback, influence, and mentorship skills
Knowledge of health and safety and people management
