The Trustees seeks a part time seasonal associate for its Community Nordic Skiing program. You will support ski lodge operations, visitor relations, rental transactions, and daily facility maintenance. The position runs December 1, 2026, through March 1, 2027, with hours dependent on snow and weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct visitor relations and counter sales for tickets and memberships
Assist visitors with ski and snowshoe rental transactions
Operate computerized point of sale systems and reconcile sales
Clean, stock, open, and close lodge facilities




Answer questions about ski conditions, trails, and lodge services
Requirements: Professional, tactful customer service with diverse visitors
Comfort using computerized sales systems and cash registers
Reliable transportation for winter travel to Notchview
Ability to lift upwards of 40 pounds
Availability for weekends and holidays during snowy conditions
