The Member Service Representative provides high-standard service to existing and potential members. You will process deposits, withdrawals, loans, utility payments, money orders, and other transactions. The position also promotes credit union products, resolves routine account issues, and responds to inquiries. Accuracy, security, and confidentiality guide daily work.
Key Responsibilities: Process over-the-counter financial transactions efficiently and professionally
Balance cash drawers, ATMs, and night deposits daily




Resolve routine member account and deposit instrument problems
Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and email
Safeguard cash and prevent fraudulent transactions
Requirements: Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of customer or member service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient computer skills and policy adherence
Use transaction processing, accuracy, and member service skills to support Access Credit Union's financial relationships.
