Build compliance experience with OLG in Sault Ste. Marie or Toronto, onsite, using analytics and reporting skills during the winter term.
As a full-time Compliance Student, you will support compliance initiatives, monitoring activities, governance processes, and reporting programs. You will work with compliance professionals and business partners across OLG. This student position develops analytical and technical skills through meaningful projects, data work, and process documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Update procedures and assist with risk assessments and policy reviews
Prepare reports, dashboards, and trackers using Excel or Python
Support monitoring across digital, lottery, and Land Based Gaming
Run data-system reports and help automate compliance processes




Document workflows and track compliance issues with governance
Requirements: Current enrollment in Business, Analytics, Technology, or related studies
Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, or Pivot Tables
Robust analytical, critical thinking, and decision-support abilities
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
AGCO Category 2 Gaming Assistant Registration required
Support OLG compliance reporting, monitoring, governance, and data initiatives while developing practical analytical and technical skills.
