Support adults with complex mental health needs as a Social Worker I at Bridgeland Riverside Care Centre during day shifts. Apply psychosocial expertise within continuing care.
Reporting to the Director of Care, this regular part-time or full time position provides client-facing support in facility and community settings. You will implement practical interventions, contribute to care planning, and facilitate access to resources. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary professionals, clients, families, support networks, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities: Provide activity-based psychosocial support in continuing care environments
Support clients with complex mental health and social needs
Implement practical interventions and contribute to care planning




Facilitate access to resources and support safe transitions
Participate in outreach and community-based engagement
Requirements: Diploma in Social Work from a recognized program
Active or eligible Alberta College of Social Workers registration
Minimum two years supporting complex persistent mental health concerns
Experience with psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery-oriented practice
Experience implementing interventions within team-based care
Bring complex mental health, psychosocial rehabilitation, and practical intervention experience to client-focused care at Bridgeland Riverside.
