Excel Society in Edmonton is hiring a Community Support Worker II (CSWII) to provide direct client care within our residential and community programs. You will work a 4-rotation shift pattern (7am-7pm) and support clients toward their Individual Support Plans, with a focus on safety, dignity, and person-centered service.
Responsibilities include daily client support, documentation, meals planning, housekeeping, and collaboration with guardians and site staff.
