Be part of something new at White Rock Christian Academy! The Beyond the Bell Program! White Rock Christian Academy is excited to announce the launch of Beyond the Bell, a brand-new Before & After School Program designed to extend the WRCA experience beyond the regular school day. As we prepare to introduce this exciting current program to our school community, we are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated ECE Program Lead Educator to help bring it to life!
Beyond the Bell will provide a Christ-centred, welcoming, and engaging environment for students from Kindergarten through Grade 5. Through outdoor play, sports, creative exploration, enrichment activities, and meaningful relationships, our goal is to create a place where children feel known, valued, and included.
About the Opportunity This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new program from the very beginning! As an ECE Program Lead Educator , you will work directly with children while providing additional leadership and organizational support within the Beyond the Bell team.



This role supports the ECE Program Coordinator with delegated operational and programming responsibilities and helps ensure consistency across the daily program.
The ECE Program Lead Educator is a resource for other educators and may take responsibility for designated tasks, activities, or areas of program operation.
Experience working with school-age children is an asset.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A warm, patient, and relational approach to working with children.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
Commitment to a Christ-centred educational environment and the values of WRCA.
