Boldr seeks a Senior Customer Advocate to provide empathetic, accurate, and timely customer support. You will manage pre-booking and post-booking questions, support sales conversion, and coordinate with local hosts. The position combines customer advocacy, sales execution, and support enablement across a high-volume platform.
Key Responsibilities: Answer adventure inquiries across phone, chat, social media, and email
Convert customer inquiries into bookings and answer pre-departure questions
Coordinate existing bookings with local hosts worldwide
Track, prioritize, and escalate customer and platform issues




Share customer insights to improve the user experience
Requirements: Two to three-plus years of customer service or support experience
Experience in travel, hospitality, adventure tourism, or service environments
Sales-related support experience and demonstrated booking or conversion results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
