Lead Geophysics software teams at Seequent with technical leadership, people management, and hybrid work from the local office two days weekly.Reporting to the Director, Software Development, Geoscience, you will lead teams delivering scalable, secure, high-quality software solutions. Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps while balancing innovation, technical debt, and business continuity. Collaborate across architecture, cloud infrastructure, SRE, security, applications, Product Management, and Product Design.Key Responsibilities:

and people dependenciesLead developer experience and operational improvement initiativesRequirements:
Ten or more years of software engineering experienceAt least three years leading teams directly or indirectlyExperience with agile development methodologiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFlexibility across global time zones and occasional Tier 3 supportApply software engineering leadership, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration to advance Seequent’s Geophysics technology.
