You will manage governance, client accountability, stakeholder coordination, and delivery across military and federal facilities. Your portfolio may include bases, shipyards, hangars, training assets, and logistics facilities.Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects through planning, procurement, design, construction, commissioning, and closeoutEstablish schedules, budgets, resource plans, quality controls, and risk strategiesDirect architecture, engineering, security, controls,



and specialty consulting teamsServe as primary client interface for delivery outcomesCoordinate Defence Construction Canada, contractors, regulators, and stakeholdersRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related disciplineMinimum 12 years’ progressive project delivery experienceAt least five years delivering defence or federal infrastructure projectsExperience managing capital projects valued at $25 million or greaterAbility to obtain and maintain required federal security clearanceBring defence infrastructure leadership, federal project delivery expertise, and multidisciplinary coordination to WSP’s national practice.
