Role Description The Sales Associate role at ZENO VAPE is a part-time, on-site position based in Vancouver, BC. In this role, the Sales Associate assists customers by answering product questions, guiding them through available options, and processing sales at the point-of-sale system. Daily responsibilities include restocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, verifying age in compliance with local regulations, and ensuring product displays are accurate and appealing. The Sales Associate also handles basic cash management, supports inventory counts, and communicates any customer concerns or product issues to store leadership. This role involves working scheduled shifts,



including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and professionally with diverse customers.
Solid verbal communication skills and the ability to explain product features and usage clearly and responsibly.
Basic sales and point-of-sale (POS) skills, including handling cash, card transactions, and receipts accurately.
Attention to detail and reliability in tasks such as restocking, store cleanliness, and accurate product labeling.
Ability to follow regulatory and company policies, including age verification and responsible sales practices.
Comfort working in office, standing for extended periods, and performing light physical tasks such as lifting small boxes.
Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an asset but not required.
Availability for part time shifts, including evenings and weekends, and eligibility to work in Canada.
