You will lead pilots, train users, review adoption data, and support rate cases and regulatory filings. The work combines strategic advising, prompt guidance, recurring check-ins, and executive business reviews. You will also build scalable deployment playbooks and connect customer feedback with product development.Key Responsibilities:
