Lead major construction delivery in Vancouver, applying project management and financial expertise to complex infrastructure projects. This permanent role supports a growing team.Reporting to the Vice President, the Project Director manages complex major construction projects and overall performance. The initial assignment is a seismic bridge upgrade involving structures and heavy civil scopes. The role covers projects from $50 million to $1 billion, from bid through close-out.Key Responsibilities:
Manage safety, quality, financial performance, schedules, and deliveryCoordinate design development and project personnelDevelop schedules, critical paths, and recovery methodsManage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and disputesDeliver forecasts, reports,



payment requests, and close-out activitiesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalentMinimum ten years of major construction project experienceKnowledge of contractual, commercial, financial, and safety functionsExperience working in joint ventures with international partnersProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Primavera P6 idealApply construction leadership, risk management, scheduling, and financial expertise to major infrastructure delivery in Vancouver.
