Lead month-end reporting, financial statements, and close activities as Accounting Manager with Mother Parkers, supporting North American beverage operations.Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this Accounting Manager manages reporting, consolidations, reconciliations, and audit preparation. The role also leads Accounts Payable and Credit/Collections teams, strengthens processes, and protects accounts receivable. Responsibilities span transfer pricing, budgets, forecasts, controls, and cash flow analysis.Key Responsibilities:
Manage month-end close, journal entries,
and monthly reportingPrepare consolidated financial statement packages for multiple entitiesLead general ledger reconciliations and variance commentaryPrepare audit working papers and communicate with external auditorsImplement process improvements, narratives, and best practicesRequirements:
At least five years of progressive finance experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceStrong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics D365 knowledgeAbility to lead projects and improve controlsApply financial reporting, consolidation, reconciliation, and process improvement expertise while supporting Mother Parkers’ accounting operations.
