This full time permanent position develops and sustains Microsoft 365 services.The M365 Intermediate Analyst handles day-to-day service support while contributing to projects led by senior analysts. Responsibilities include incident tickets, requirements gathering, technical documentation, and implementation activities. The role also maintains cloud and infrastructure components supporting M365 services.Key Responsibilities:
Administer M365 tools through incident and request ticket completionMonitor services and maintain M365 settings, policies, and groupsSupport technical work packages, implementations, and project documentationTest recent tools, functionality,



and Microsoft-deployed capabilitiesMaintain data protection, retention, backup, and recovery capabilitiesRequirements:
