You manage site personnel, customer relationships, internal Vallen support, staffed assets, reporting, and billing. Maximize Vallen’s supplier position across project disciplinesCoordinate customer initiatives for assigned construction projectsSet up reporting procedures for customers and Vallen departmentsManage staffed assets, personnel, training, and improvement activitiesControl inventory setup, min/max levels, and seasonal changesRequirements:
High School Diploma requiredFive to seven years of related experienceSales or distribution experience preferredManagement experience requiredConstruction or industrial maintenance experience preferredUse construction operations, customer management, inventory control, and reporting expertise to support Vallen’s long-term project scopes.
