Responsibilities Attending employer orientation workshops; attending mandatory employer training Invigilating tests and exams Maintaining academic integrity by strictly adhering to the University’s regulations, policies, and procedures regarding tests/exams; Maintaining confidentiality of student and test/exam information; Distributing and collecting exams Labelling exam boxes and instructor tables Assisting students find their seat numbers Assisting instructors with attendance Orienting other invigilators to the venue Invigilating exams Setting up exam rooms and keeping test/exam rooms organized; Documenting any incidents during tests/exam and reporting incidents to professor Preparing completed exams for pick-up/delivery Any other duties assigned.

Required skills include: Oral and written communication skills.

Invigilators should be able to provide transparent, concise,
