Deliver patient-centered care as an experienced Care Aide at Kimberley Special Care Home in Kimberley, BC, supporting residents’ daily needs.
Interior Health seeks a reliable, versatile, and motivated Care Aide for its Long-term Care team. Working under RN and LPN direction, you will support individual care plans, physical, emotional, and social needs, and maximum independence. This is a casual opportunity with rotating day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with personal care and daily living activities
Support mobility, transfers, and related equipment
Perform temperature, pulse, and respiration procedures
Observe and report patient behavior and condition changes
Accompany clients during outings and social activities
Requirements: Grade 10 education
Recognized Nursing Assistant or Health Care Aide program graduation
Equivalent education, training, and experience may be considered
Registration with the BC Care Aide registry
Include an active registry number with your application
Support client independence through patient-centered care, personal assistance, mobility support, and observation at Interior Health.
