As Construction Project Scheduler, you will maintain schedules and support Maxan’s Project Management team. The work involves Microsoft Project, Primavera, Procore, trade coordination, and progress tracking. You will communicate changes with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, General Superintendents, and General Contractors.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain schedules, milestones, upcoming activities, and project changes
Communicate schedule updates internally and externally
Coordinate manpower loading and upcoming labour requirements
Monitor progress against General Contractor schedules




Prepare reports with site photos and roadblocks
Requirements: Commercial construction scheduling, coordination, or management experience
Understanding of sequencing, trade coordination, and project requirements
Experience with General Contractors and project stakeholders
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Primavera
Experience with Procore or similar software
Bring analytical scheduling, communication, and construction coordination skills to Maxan’s Mississauga project delivery team.
